La playa de Muchavista cuenta con la Bandera Azul desde 1993. Se puede llegar al apartamento mediante vehículo propio, el apartamento cuenta con 1 plaza de parking, o bien en el autobús, con la línea 21 y 21N que tiene la parada justo detrás del apartamento, en la calle Juan de la Cierva-Barcelona II y está a unos 450 metros del apartamento, o en el tranvía TRAM, línea 1 y línea 3 parada Muchavista a escasos dos minutos, lo que hace también que esté muy bien comunicado con el centro de Alicante.
